We use Stripe as our payment gateway. Via Stripe, all major credit cards including Master Card, Visa and American Express are accepted.

Currently, we do not accept orders from outside Singapore. Within Singapore, we charge a flat rate of $5 (per order) for door to door delivery. Orders above $80 will enjoy free delivery.

Tracking code will be provided for you to track the delivery status.

For claims of wrong delivery or defects, please email us a photo of the wrong or defective item, order number and SKU, within 14 days of shipment date.

On receiving your email, we will advise you on the next course of action.

Please also not that claims for colour run after washing will not be entertained. However to prevent colour run, simply soak the items in vinegar and water before washing.

With the exception of wrong delivery and defects, we adopt a strictly no returns and exchange policy. Goods once purchased may not be returned or exchanged.

In instances of wrong delivery or defects, the returned items must be in their original condition, with tags and accessories (in any) all intact.

The customer will be responsible for all delivery charges incurred to return the items and provide a tracking code for us to track the return parcel. We will not be responsible for any lost parcels.

While we strive to provide the most accurate depiction and description possible, there may be slight discrepancy or variation between batches of products. When purchasing from us, you accept that such discrepancy and variation will happen from time to time and is not a valid reason for returns or refund
